Phase I - Business Idea
01.01.2017 to 10.03.2017: The submission of business ideas begins. During this period, you can request a one-to-one meeting or a coaching session with one of our regional partners and discuss your idea, financial issues, business strategy and much more with the experts, provided by the aws team.
11.03.2017 to 19.04.2017: A team of evaluators, invited by the aws, thoroughly studies your submission and chooses the most innovative 10 ideas. Each submission is evaluated by 5 experts.
27.04.2017: The Phase I Award Ceremony. During the ceremony, the best 3 ideas are awarded with a prize of € 1.500, and the teams have an opportunity to network and communicate with the other participants.
Phase II - Business Plan
28.04.2017 to 01.07.2017: The submission of business plans begins. The teams have the opportunity to attend a one-to-one meeting with the regional partners of the aws. Those who did not participate in the Phase I are still cordially welcomed to submit their business plans.
02.07.2017 to 01.09.2017: The team of evaluators, invited by the aws, reviews the submissions and chooses the best 10 business plans.
02.09.2017 to 04.10.2017: The best 10 teams prepare for a coaching session, offered by the aws to further refine their business plans.
05. to 06.10.2017: The coaching session.
07.10.2017 to 30.10.2017: The submission of the re-worked business plans - the most final version of your work, ready to be evaluated by the jury.
31.10.2017 to 20.11.2017: The jury evaluates the business plans.
21. to 22.11.2017: The jury meeting and award ceremony.
